19A Kelly Rd riverhead , This two bedroom flat minor dwelling needs a garden shed to be installed on the very flat lawn / yard before we erect fence line. Contractor will need to purchase a quality garden shed that fits a standard lawn mower , prep the base and install it . Much appreciated.
