Build a shed

I'm buying a 14ft X 8 ft metal kit set shed- wondering how much it would cost for someone to put it together. Doesn't come with a floor but I have sourced pallets and want to build it on those,add some cheap wood on top- it doesn't have to be fancy. I also would like the interior framing with wood as I need it strengthening to hang approx 9 saddles .
