Unfortunately, I was getting in touch with Warren to fix a minor problem that appeared right after the install but he never followed through the promise to come back and fix it. Our doors are still not aligned and we're not able to fix it as we don't have the tools needed. What could have been a very positive experience turned into a headache for me trying to reach out and gett it resolved.
