See photo. We have done most of the job but husband has hurt his shoulder. Just need someone with knowledge of putting together and rivet gun. Sorry I am not sure how much time required so budget hard to determine.

Dave was very good at communcations and rang me within 10 minutes of accepting job. Really happy with his work on such a hot day.
