Mini Cabin build

Hi there, I’m wanting a small CABIN built at the rear of my property. The space is limited in size, cabin may need to be around 2.5m wide by 2m deep. Wanting to store household items in here, and in the future use as small office - so needs to be weathertight and insulated from the outside. Ideally a timber cabin. Looking for someone who has experience building these. Please provide photos of examples you’ve done in the past, along with an estimate of cost for this size.
