Backyard shed installation

I will be purchasing a duratuf kitset shed which will be delivered on site (my house) and needs to be installed in the corner of the backyard (easy access to backyard). Shed details: Kiwi KL3 3.380w x 1.210d x 1.970h(M) --- We require the concrete foundation to be built with plastic lining to stop moisture getting into the shed. Please note that we require the raised floor modification (see concrete raised floor modification.png).
