i.e Build me a shed

I need a medium size garden shed for lawnmower/tools etc. I want the biggest I can get without needing planning permission. The ground where I want my shed is quite level - I will need a floor for my shed. I am planning on buying a coloursteel or similar shed (though I am happy to take advice) and need someone to make it for me.
