Plant propogation house

Plant house to propagate and store plants for education and awareness reasons under the Biosecurity Act 1993. The photos show two existing greenhouses that are not fit for purpose. We will be removed removed and a 5760W (including the gap) x 2300H x 2930L purpose built plant house in it's place. This will be a wooden frame covered in shade cloth and the roof will be slanted back. A couple extra notes: The door will need to be lockable The house will need to be fitted with an automatic sprinkler system A fence needs to be built between the garage and grey shed on the right with a padlockable door creating two levels of containment. We already have shade cloth.
