Structure for netting complete vege garden

I want to get a wooden frame with netting stretched over with enough room for me to stand up inside and a door in. There is an adjacent carport and adjacent fence to assist with support two sides. I am just wanting to keep the blackbirds off the vege gardens. Area would be around 3m x 9m at a guess.
