Under our house, we have an open space that I would like to turn into a tool shed & storage space. As you can see in the photos, there is some scoria & cylinder blocks in there. They are available to use, but there would need to be some dirt taken out to create enough headroom. Given the level of the ground, some minor retaining might be required & some steps put in. Ideally, there is some basic internal cladding put up. It doesn't have to be air tight by any means, but it does need to be dry (which should be feasible given the current set up). Also, some basic electrical work done to have lighting. Importantly, the look needs to be aligned with the house & no hindrance to the current exterior. Welcome ideas & insight on costings.
