Replacement of old garden shed

Hi, we are looking for someone who could dismantle and dispose of the old garden shed as shown in the photos, and replace with a new timber framed shed. Optionally I would love for the back of the shed to be sturdily framed or for a low retaining wall to be built behind it similar to the neighbours one in photo 1 to prevent soil buildup against the shed. Approx size 1.5m x 0.75m
