A shed with a difference

I have a steel shed on my property (3,6m by 2.3m) which I would like replaced with a wooden shed. I would like the current shed to be demolished, a new shed built which would be more like a separate room with a locker area at one end for garden gear. I would like the room to have bi - fold doors at the front that would open it right out, some decking in the front and steps. I would like the room to be finished on the inside and have a long desk that would go along one end of the room and some shelving. The current shed has power to it and I would like some power points and other lights installed.I would like the job to be project managed and have some pictures and ideas for the shed, at the same time I am open to suggestions and other ideas. I am also unsure whether this job may require some liasion with the local council.
