Erecting trellis around a Gazebo to cut out wind and rain.

I need trellis erected to protect the Gazebo area from the winds and some rain from the Bay. It is an area used for dining and will have outdoor furniture in the space. There are two high fence areas, one is 2400 m long, and the other is 4 m long. The horizontal slats /trellis/panels would be 1200 deep. The owner in consultation with the builder, can purchase completed trellis/slats and any other material required from Bunnings, Mitre 10 or Placemakers. The work is to be completed by 18th December.
