Front & back door canopy attachments

We are going to have canopies attached to our front and back doors. The house construction is weatherboard. Front door that is 930mm wide and back door is 850mm wide. We have found two canopy styles that we like but we are not sure which might be better or would suite the weatherboard better, so looking for some advice prior to purchasing for the job. Looking for an Awning for my front door

Our front door is fully exposed to wind, rain, and sun. Whenever it rains, water hits the door directly, and there’s a gap at the bottom that allows water to seep inside. In addition to the above issue it also causes the smart digital lock on the outside of the door to be damaged by the weather. So we are looking if there's an awning that can cover parts of the door? We aren't sure what sort of awning to purchase either. Thanks
