Fit awning to the house

We have bought one of these --- We need it fitting to the house above our ranch slider to give shade out on the deck. The house is relatively new (2 years old). I'm not sure if the brick is just a brick facade. So the work done needs to make sure it's water tight. The awning is 4m wide and 2.5 long. The ranch slider is around 3m, The listing specifies... "*Please note: whilst the awning can be bolted onto either wood or concrete walls, it comes with concrete bolts only. If you would like to mount your awning onto a wooden wall, please source bolts separately. " Thanks
