Alarm fault indicated

This is a non-urgent job for when Covid alert levels allow. We have a Chubb house alarm (not monitored) installed about 20 years ago with what we think is a PC5508Z LED Keypad. We have been getting a trouble signal and using the *2 function indicates that the fault is with the door switch. We have used the zone bypass to isolate the fault so that the fault signal no longer sounds. At a suitable time we would like the system repaired. I will attach a photo of the keypad and of the door switch.
