Chorus tech advised that our broadband outage 7days a week at the same time most likely is caused due to modem/connection in previously monitored alarm. Alarm is very old and still works. Looking for someone to figure out if issue as assumed by Chorus and if so remove monitoring connection. Alarm has keypad and at least 18+yrs old
