Home security alarm
Job description
We have a security alarm system that was installed 3 years ago and over the last 6months it has started to go off even though it's not set. It can happen at any time during the day or night and doesn't seem to be linked to a particular sensor. The alarm box has Triton on the front and the key pad is a Crow CR-16 Runner KP. We don't have an instruction booklet for the box but did get one from the crow site for the keypad.

Would definitely use and recommend Ernie to anybody wanting any work done. We had a house alarm that kept going off at all times during the day and night, Ernie even came out on a Sunday to have a look, couldn't fix at that time but as promised he called back during the week and problem fixed quickly and easily. It's a bit of a novelty these days finding good tradespeople who actually turn up and do the job!
