Basic Security Alarm install job!

I've got a 4 bedroom 150msq house that needs to be alarmed. There is ceiling as well as underfloor access. I would anticipate 3-4 sensors. Doeesn't need to be monitored, but will require alarm system of reaonsbale quality with keypad, horn and backup battery.
