We have a Micron alarm that is difficult to use. They keypad doesn't function correctly and there is only a single remote. The remote is dual purpose, it serves the garage door and alarm. At the very least we would like a replacement keypad. If there are better options we would be open to suggestions. This is a rental property and the tenant is home tomorrow, ideally you would be able to come tomorrow afternoon.
