House alarm, cctv and smoke alarm

We just bought a place and the current owner stated that their alarm is not working. We would like to explore: Option 1) repair the current alarm and install new cctv and smoke alarm. We would like to know the cost. Option 2) install new alarm, cctv and smoke alarm. We would like to know the cost. We are going to arrange a house visit next week.
