I have an 18 month old Paradox alarm model TM50, with wired smoke sensors The primary issue is that as of last week (power outage) the system is reporting a Fire loop trouble. The bed 1 fire sensor status is displayed as 'open' I assume it is meant to be closed. The trouble code has disabled the alarm The system has been powered down, battery drained, and restarted with no effect. We may also wish to upgrade to module that pushes notifications. We have the web module already but it does not work as expected. I believe a software upgrade will address this. We have the master code, but may have to get the original installer to delete a cloud setting. So a discussion maybe required for visit.
