Hi I have a Hikvision DS-7608NI - E2/8P NVR CCTV system. I need to get the system hard reset and the cameras all repointed so that the correct areas are covered. I need to have full access and control. Also need to be able to access the cameras on our phone and PC. Need to fix the issue and what would be the cost? I am in Papatoetoe, Auckland. Only licenced techie need to respond as we will need to see your licence or registration/ID.
