Move Telecom Test Point / Master Socket and install Spiltters / Filters

We've just moved into a house that has what was a monitored alarm that doesn't work. Can't afford to replace that just at the moment due to other renovations, however we want to move the Test Point / Master Socket for the house into a downstairs cupboard, install an ADSL socket next to it with filtering, and ensure that the alarm can be reconnected with a minimum of hassle. Cupboard is almost directly below the existing Master. There are 4 other sockets, only two of which are working. I need to make sure the 2 working keep working.
