Alarm install

Have a three bedroom house, need a new alarm. Old one is... Old? Don't have codes and it's all faded, ...and house has been renovated since its install? Want detectors inside - three is enough. Two outside, I think they have to be wireless There are two smoke detectors that may be part of the alarm. A key thing (fob?) that can control garage and alarm if possible. If there is a way to notify my phone on alarm, that'd be great too.
