Micron alarm recoding

Needing a Micron alarm system re coded. Recently purchased and moved into a property and the previous owner had rented the property out. They didn't get the alarm code off the last tenants so we cannot currently use our alarm. Not sure of the age of the system but had a guy from Chubb come and look at it and said it can be done and quoted $149 including GST but has never come back or contacted us to do the job. The contact that is on the inside of the alarm door is in titirangi so wanting somewhere closer to home to do it instead.
