We found Nelson really helpful. He's a good listener ,answered our questions fully and was always looking for the most cost effective , best outcome for us. Arrived on time for installation ,connected the system to our cell phones showed us how everything worked, all done with a cheerful patient manner. All good and we would happily recommend Nelson to anyone needing help with security.
