Home alarm system requires attention

Our home alarm system goes off with no reason. I suspect that one of the sensors might be faulty. So, we need a specialist to take a look at the issue. The sytem model is CR-16 RUNNER KP. According to the reading from memory it is always zone 1 activation. Today I had set it to by pass the zone 1 before I left the house. When I returned the MEMORY indicator was flashing and the memory reading displayed zone 1 activation again.
