EliteControl Alarm Upgrade & Internet Connection for app

Looking for assistance with upgrading our EliteControl alarm (see photos for model) to connect it to the internet so that the EliteCloud app works and we can control it from our phones. This requires some sort of upgrade for the internet connection. The app currently asks for a MAC Address and Serial No which we don’t have set up (we’ve requested the serial number from the developer who installed it when the house was built). Looking for someone who is familiar with this alarm and knows how to make this function work. Thanks!
