Install security screen door

Hi we would like to install a security screen door at our front door. Bunnings have them for $397 but these are 810mm wide. Our existing front door is 810mm wide, opening in. So just not sure how the 810 security door can be mounted on the outside, opening out where the frame opening is about 780mm.. Looking for a quote for the labour to do this. Please don’t reply without a cost. Responses without a cost will be ignored.
