Repair house alarm

I have a DSC classic PC585 alarm for the house which was updated about 10 years ago. The sensor on the garage door does not work and the mobile phone number that the alarm system dials when it is set off needs to be changed. Also one of the alarm keys no longer works which has been tested by Mr minute already and was told that it is not the battery.
