Fixing a Bosch alarm

Our alarm has gone wrong. It makes the sound like "tweet" every one to two minutes and the sign "Fault"goes red. When we press the "away" button, the sound stops, and the red sign goes off after some time. However, the problem comes back again, all most like daily. And we cannot use it when we go outside, as the sign "fault" will go off when we set off the alarm. We would like to have it fixed as soon as possible. Please contact Sophia - --- for access.
