install sensor and check external box

We definitely want a sensor installed in the new bedroom. Please also give the existing alarm components the once-over. The alarm siren works very well (!) but the flashing light on the box outside is not working. The alarm is a Micron Z6 and the battery was replaced this year. There are 6 zones and only 4 are used.
