Alarm installation required

Hello, We on a rental property in Kingsland. It was recently broken into so we have agreed with the tenants that we will install an alarm. The property is a two bedroom, two level cottage. Downstairs is a large internal two car garage and one bedroom/bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom/bathroom and kitchen/lounge area. An alarm is needed that can be zoned so that either just the downstairs is alarmed or just the upstairs is alarmed if desired.
