Small exhibition installation

My company has a 6m x 3m space at the Michael Fowler Centre to exhibit as part of the Festival of Handmade on Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 May. Installation would be the afternoon of 29 May. This is a last minute arrangement, hence the lack of forward planning! The space has no walls and no furniture or fittings, and I am travelling up from Christchurch for the event, so have limited equipment and resources. I think a painter's scaffold would work to create a hanging space and maybe shelves for the exhibition pieces – industrial style! I am looking for someone who can deliver and set up a scaffold, and possibly help with installation of the exhibition on 29 May, then pack it down again on the evening of 31 May. Other ideas on a low budget display installation to fit the space are also welcome – we have mostly large posters to display.
