Kia ora. We are trying to buy a house in Melrose, Wellington. We had the building inspection today and the builder noted that some windows need to be repaired and some of the timber cladding needs to be removed and replaced. He noted that there will need to be scaffolding to do this. Are you able to give me a rough estimate of how much scaffolding may be? It is a 3 story house that is about 120 square metres.
