* Scaffolding to enable exterior painting to be done. All paint contractors approached have advised they require the scaffolding to be able to determine painting costs. * House is located down a path & steps from street level. Equivalent to about two stories down. * The apartment is on tall piles. One side is flush with path. Two sides slope down another storey. The far side is at least another story down.
