Weatherightness and bring up to code

1977 Build house; scaffolding required. Have Building inspection report. Urgent remedial work: * Replace nailed in bracing on exposed foundation struts and bearers with proprietary bolts to bring up to code * Trim back rotted bearers and treat to prevent further rot * Seal and weathertightness work on flashing around house * Sub-floor vapor sheet re-install to high standard * Sub-floor cladding removal to install insulation * Car deck rotted plank replacement * Window facing/joinery and/or full replacement due to rot * HVAC/Heatpump - Ventilation install to interior of house * General weathertightness audit/seals * Install insulation to internal walls where not present. -- Rear of house is at ground level and relatively easy access for this work, front of house is on tricky access on slope and face of house will require scaffolding. Arrange with glaziers to quote/replace with Aluminum break style double glazing at same time as other bearer/scaffolding work. Looking for rough quote for the above. Have some quotes for HVAC work already, but looking for builder who can work with multiple vendors (i.e Double glazing vendors - to co-ordinate scaffolding work etc).
