Hanks DIY porch cover

I’m building a cover on the back porch and need scaffolding to do the job safely and efficiently. And economically! The landing by the door is 1.8m and the cover will start at 2.7m above the side wall. The roof is just over 4m from the ground. The platform will need to be approx 2.2m off the ground (which has a slight slope) and be around 1.8m long. Bonus if it is portable so that I can wheel it around to the side. I’m doing all the work myself and would appreciate 1-2 weeks to complete the work.
