Bedroom heat pump install scaffolding

I need scaffolding to the ridge line on concrete tile to be able to access the roof to paint the end wall next to the townhouse on the left which is slightly staggered and to put a heat pump external unit on the left hand side off the dormer window opposite the wall to be painted. I’d be ok with not having access to the garage. I think I need it for over 2 weekends to paint. See pics. We will have to coordinate availability with the heat pump installer I’d also like an option to get access to the left corner of the right hand dormer window where birds are getting into the roof, and the same for the dormer windows at the back of the house.
