Aluminium joinery retro-fit

Job is to retro-fit aluminium joinery to an old 1970s house - i.e. remove existing wooden joinery and fit new aluminium joinery, with flashing and partial new cedar cladding where required. House is cedar on the second storey, rendered breeze block on the ground level. Approximately 10 windows on second storey, 5 windows on ground level, plus one ranch-slider on ground level. For second storey windows, we want to add additional cedar cladding over existing white fibroboards to remove the Tudor style (see picture) so that panels with windows look like panels without windows. I would think that work on second storey would require scaffolding. We will of course arrange purchase and delivery of the new windows, probably through Phoenix.
