Scaffolding set up for paint job

I require scaffolding to be set up for my painting job over Easter. Some areas of the house I can reach with a ladder but one end of the house is double storied so I will need scaffolding set up at this end on both sides, and at the other end of the house to reach to the top. Probably on the deck as well. Please see photos for an indication of height. Please quote on set up and removal for a period of 2 weeks from 24th March to 7th April with an option to extend time if required .
