Mobile Scaffold

I need to hire a mobile scaffold or aluminium tower for a week. The scaffold /tower must have outriggers/stabilizer arms. Our land has slightly uneven surface hence the need for outrigger arms. The height from the ground to the gutters is 5 meters so I would need a scaffold that allows me to reach at least 4 meters. Please send me a quote. I will need the equipment setup on 5/2/15 for a week. Attached are two pictures of the side of my house that I will need the scaffold for.
