Stairwell Scaffold

We need our stairwell scaffolded so we can finish the gib / wall paper / painting etc . Builders have framed up the false ceiling only at this time and the existing banister is coming out so could do that now if it would make the job easier. Would be good if scaffold platforms could be moved (up/down) by us when renovating. Ideally we could still use the stairwell as is only practical entrance to our house.
