We require scaffolding to be placed on one side of our property to access the guttering for repair and additionally for remedial painting. Two separate tradesmen will be involved in this process, the builder and the painter. Access on this side of the house from the adjacent boundary is narrow. The maximum width of the scaffolding is likely to be limited to 850 mm. The neighbour has given permission for the placement of stabilising bars on their property if required. The 1 .8 m adjacent may restrict the placement of the stabilising bars. At the far end of the property the access will need to be approximately 6 m high. I need to know the earliest date this work can be completed. I would like to know the costs for the project.
