I am about to decorate the entire exterior of an old villa in Birkinhead and would like a quote for some scaffolding. The house is on a relatively steep section and I will need scaffolding surrounding almost the entire house. The house is 2.5 stories at the back and 1 story at the front. I'm hoping to get the scaffold erected in the next week
