Replace downpipe and fix a part of the spouting

A downpipe has fallen and needs to be replaced. Also, a part of the spouting has been damaged and is hanging down. A replacement for the downpipe has been obtained. Person to fix this will need a ladder of approx. 5 m to reach the gutter, which is the real problem here. Would be available 24 March all day, then 31 March.
