He did change the roof but not able to fix the problem. Now he is not even picking up my calls from last 3 weeks

"I did what only he asked and that was replace the old metal tiles on the main roof with New corregated iron rebuilding the roof on the kitchen was not part of my quote but I did go back twice without pay to try and remedy the leak without success"
