Downpipe repair

Current roof is 15 years and made of colour steel as are the downpipes. All the down pipes had an internal plastic sleeve that hold the gutiter to the downpipe. and all have detriated with uv rays and now the downenpipes have come away from the gutter and much of the rainwater just flows down the house..Some of the downplpes are 3 stories up and need to access by a cherry picker. There are about 9 downpipes.
