Roof damage

Our house is in the middle of new bathroom and kitchen renovation. We had chippy removed from kitchen. The chimney for this was removed however, the builder has not completed the job. Ridgline where chimney was removed needs mortar and there is a couple of cracked tiles. The roof is concrete tile. Our main concern is that the roof has not been properly closed in from this work and rain can easily get into our roof space. (For the record, we paid the builder well and above what he asked). Has been like this about a month. We've been lucky weather wise so far but we are worried. Will add photo of roof tomorrow during daylight.
